Dr. Robert Rossio
Medical Director | Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Rossio is a board certified plastic surgeon, surgical intensivist and house officer for various hospitals in Northeast Ohio and Medical Director of Cosmetic Rejuvenation Center where we specialize in laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, IPL treatments, Botox, Fillers and more.
Dr. Robert Rossio, originally from Cleveland, graduated from the University of Toledo with a B.S. in Biology and received his Medical Doctor degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1981. Dr. Rossio continued his training in Toledo, Ohio where he completed his residency program in general surgery.
Dr. Rossio served in the US Air Force, retiring as Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years of service. During his tenure in the US military, he completed his plastic surgery fellowship at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. He served at numerous other Air Force bases around the United States, where he specialized in microsurgery, breast surgery, limb salvage, and cosmetic and hand surgery.
Dr. Rossio holds a medical license from the State of Ohio Medical Board and is a member of multiple national medical and surgery societies. He is dedicated to his field of study and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Dr. Rossio currently resides with his family in University Heights, Ohio. His interests include the guitar, martial arts, religious studies, personal fitness and amateur radio.
Dr. John Shin
Physician
Dr. Shin graduated From CWRU and attended Medical School at the Ohio State University. He received an MBA degree from CWRU after his residency program at CCF and Summa (Internal Medicine). He is board certified in Internal medicine, and is certified in laser tattoo removal, neurotoxins and filler injections.
His hobbies when time allows are: reading history especially ancient civilization and cultures, analyzing companies financial data (trying to put my MBA degree to good use), all sports but especially active in men’s softball in the summer and fall, tennis and fishing. Of course, I’m a huge fan of OSU Buckeyes and all the Cleveland professional teams.
I enjoy being a physician not only for the sciences but more so because I can impact a person’s life, usually in a positive way. Cosmetic Rejuvenation allows me to bring satisfaction and joy to those patients seeking to improve their appearance. Although I like all the services I provide, such as tattoo and mole removal, Botox injections, superficial vein laser, my favorite is dermal fillers because I think it gives me and the patient immediate and positive results.
Erika Hopkins
Physician Assistant-Certified
With over 6 years of experience in Plastic Surgery, Erika Hopkins has dedicated her career to Cosmetic and Reconstructive Care. Her career started at The Cleveland Clinic where she helped construct a new Division of Supra-microsurgery that predominately focused on lymphatic reconstruction.
During this time, she became a leader in the field, training physicians and fellows from across the world interested in developing lymphatic centers and expanding their knowledge on Indocyanine green lymphography testing for diagnosing and staging lymphedema. And, for the first time in 2022, she was the first to demonstrate live lymphographic testing at the Cleveland Clinic National Lymphedema Network.
Her career is cosmetic procedures also began alongside this new division of surgery and expanded with her experience at the Cleveland Clinic and a local Med Spa in 2024. Currently, she is now serving patients at the Level I Trauma Center at UH Plastic and Reconstructive Institute. Here she is developing APP Injectable clinic and servicing trauma, cancer and chronic wound patients within the Cleveland Area. Now, her interests in providing tailorable and undetectable services to cliental interested in youthful and natural results.
Jennifer Kope
Executive Director | Visionary Leader in Aesthetic Medicine
With over 15 years of experience in the health and beauty industry, Jennifer Kope is an enthusiastic leader and one of the driving forces behind the success of the Cosmetic Rejuvenation Center. As Executive Director, Jennifer has helped grow the center to new heights, running a highly successful Medspa that sets the standard for excellence in patient care and innovative treatments.
Jennifer is fiercely dedicated to her craft, always pursuing advanced education and certifications to stay at the forefront of the latest industry technologies. Her expertise spans a wide range of cutting-edge treatments, and she plays a key role in both patient care and clinical training within the practice.
Known for her unshakable integrity and commitment to honesty, Jennifer takes a hands-on approach with her patients, offering personalized consultations and thoughtful evaluations. She is deeply passionate about empowering individuals, guiding them through their transformation journeys with kindness, respect, and the belief that every patient deserves to be treated like family.

Outside of her work, Nicole cherishes spending time with her loving husband and nephew. Samantha El-Rabadi Ferrara
Front Desk Coordinator | Director of First & Last Impressions
Samantha Elrabadi-Ferrara is one of the heartbeats of the Cosmetic Rejuvenation Center, and with seven years of experience, she has become an irreplaceable part of our family. As our Front Desk Coordinator, Samantha is the Director of First and Last Impressions, setting the tone for every patient’s experience from the moment they call or walk in until the moment they leave.
Samantha’s infectious warmth and genuine care for people make her a truly one-of-a-kind team member. She has an extraordinary ability to make everyone feel like family, and her positive energy and attentiveness ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. Her big heart and passion for serving others are the foundation of our front desk experience, where every interaction is marked by kindness and respect.
Outside of work, Samantha loves to travel and cherish time with her family, always bringing back new experiences and stories to share. She is a proud Auntie to 8 nieces and nephews! Her dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to excellence make her an integral part of our team, and we are incredibly lucky to have her as the first face our patients see and the last they remember.
