Cancellation Policy

SCHEDULING

In order to facilitate efficient bookings and cancellations of appointments made within our software, a credit card will be required when scheduling your service.

ARRIVAL & PUNCTUALITY

We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and you may be unexpectedly delayed. We do our best to allow a short grace period for late arrival. Please understand if you arrive too late and we are unable to accommodate your service, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation and be charged our standard fee.

CANCELLATIONS

We want to give every patient the same time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand sometimes circumstances may arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. In consideration to other patients and our technicians, if you must cancel or reschedule, we respectfully request that you follow our standard cancellation policies to avoid any fees.

CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • We require a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or modify all appointments.
  • Cancellations must be made by calling our front desk and speaking to a Customer Service Representative (216) 245-0010. Cancellations by email to info@myrejuvenation.com will only be accepted as proper notice when it falls outside our standard hours of operation.

CANCELLATION FEES:

  • Any service provided by a medical professional and all services scheduled for one hour or more with any technician will be charged $100 fee for no show and $50 fee for cancellation without proper notice.
  • Aesthetician services will be charged in full for no show or 50% of service for cancellation without proper notice. • If service is under a prepaid series package, the same cancellation terms and fees will apply or one service from package will be redeemed.
  • Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card provided. Should a credit card transaction fail, a balance will be applied to guest’s account and must be paid in full prior to scheduling or receiving future services.
