Dr. Robert Rossio is the Medical Director of Cosmetic Rejuvenation Center in Pepper Pike, Ohio, and a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than four decades in surgical medicine. He is also a surgical intensivist and serves as a house officer at hospitals throughout Northeast Ohio.
At Cosmetic Rejuvenation Center, Dr. Rossio oversees the medical direction of every service we offer; from laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal to IPL treatments, neurotoxins such as Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced skin rejuvenation.
His surgical background shapes how our team approaches non-surgical aesthetics: with an emphasis on anatomy, patient safety, and results intended to look natural rather than overdone. Individual outcomes vary and are discussed during consultation.
Four Decades in Surgical Medicine
A Cleveland native, Dr. Rossio completed a full general surgery residency before specializing in plastic surgery; a sequence that is increasingly uncommon, and one reason patients with complex medical histories are comfortable in his care.

1984–2004
United States Air Force Medical Corps
Twenty years of service, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Practiced at Air Force bases across the country, with a caseload centered on microsurgery, breast surgery, limb salvage, hand surgery, and cosmetic surgery.
1988–1991
Plastic Surgery Fellowship
Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas. Completed during his military service.

Board certification through the American Board of Plastic Surgery requires completion of accredited training followed by rigorous written and oral examinations. It is the credential that distinguishes a plastic surgeon from a physician who simply offers cosmetic procedures.
