  • One time enrollment fee of $49.00
  • Members must keep a valid credit/debit card on file for monthly membership dues and will be charged the 1st of every month.
  • Membership renews automatically unless written notice is provided via email to jennifer@myrejuvenation.com by the 15th of the last month of term.
  • Early termination fee is $350 and will be billed automatically for membership cancellations prior to the 12 month period.
